SHIPPING POLICY
UK Orders
Standard UK shipping is £6.
Please allow up to 3 working days for us to prepare your order. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service in most cases and process orders Monday to Friday.
If you need your order urgently, feel free to email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: Once your order leaves us, any shipping delays are outside of our control.
RETURNS
In-Store Purchases
All purchases made in-store are final. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Online Orders
Returns or exchanges are accepted on full-priced items only, and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
To begin a return, please email us at studioleonie@gmail.com to receive confirmation and the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition.

Please include your name and order number inside the package.

Once we’ve received your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

We cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please note the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

PACKAGING
We use fully recyclable materials and repurpose packaging for larger or bulkier orders to reduce waste.
Invoices and order confirmations are sent digitally — you won’t find printed documents in your parcel. Please reference your order number in any communications with us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders, so please order carefully. We're happy to answer any questions before you buy — just email us.

We ship with DHL Express or an equivalent fully tracked service. Most deliveries arrive within 3 working days, though customs processing may cause delays.
Please note:

If a package is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will resend it at the customer’s expense.

International shipments may incur customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you're ordering from outside the listed regions, please contact us with your shipping address for a custom quote.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to limited inventory, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to swap your item for something else, please contact us via email for the exchange of the desired item.
Please note: The new item will only be posted once we have relieved the exchange.
PRE-ORDERS
Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to secure your item.
Expected dispatch dates will be clearly stated on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

As pre-orders are made-to-order, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted before dispatch.

If you’ve purchased multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready.
